After graduating from Colgate University, Edward Muccini received his Juris Doctor Degree from St. John's University School of Law in 1990. Muccini started his career as a Prosecutor in the Brooklyn District Attorney's Office from 1992 to 1997. Muccini distinguished himself as a fierce litigator and was promoted to Senior Trial Attorney in the Felony Trial Bureau where he was assigned to handle the most serious and violent felony cases, including Murder, Robbery, Assault, Sex Crimes, Narcotics, as well as White Collar Organized Crime cases. Muccini acquired extensive trial experience at a time in NYC history when violent crime was at its peak.

After leaving the Brooklyn DA’s Office, Muccini worked at prestigious Manhattan law firms from 1997 to 2005 handling a variety of legal matters including White Collar Criminal Defense, Complex Commercial Litigation, Insurance Defense involving Maritme Accidents, Personal Injury and Wrongful Death, Corporate and Business Litigation and Corporate Legal Counsel, Personal Injury/Work Related Accident cases and Residential and Commercial Real Estate/Coop/Condo Transactional matters.

In 2005, Edward J. Muccini founded the Law Office of Edward J. Muccini P.C. Muccini is a zealous and seasoned Criminal and Civil trial attorney with over 32 years of experience and who has tried more than 80 trials in both State and Federal courts relating to both Criminal and Civil matters. Mr. Muccini has handled a variety of high-profile cases and appeared on numerous occasions on the local news channel Fox 5 New York as a contributor and commentator adding his insight and analysis to high-profile criminal cases in the New York City area.

Muccini is also a Licensed Real Estate Broker and founder of Manor Realty Inc. Muccini and Manor Realty work closely with Real Estate Agent Christina Muccini Finnegan at the prestigious Douglas Elliman luxury real estate firm.

Mr. Muccini has vast experience in the Toy and Game business as an entrepreneur who invented a successful board game (TriBond) and plush product. (PenPalz). Mr. Muccini has negotiated with corporate giants like Hasbro, Mattel, Sony, Nickelodeon and other large entertainment companies. Muccini has was successul in having PenPalz featured on QVC.
