April 2023: Not Guilty Verdict. Client was charged with Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Second Degree for a loaded firearm found inside his car. Client was facing 3 1/2 to 15 years in prison. DNA on Gun. Client found Not Guilty by a jury after a two week trial.
November 2022: Not Guilty Verdict. Client was charged with Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Second Degree for two loaded firearms in a vehicle he was seated in. After one month trial, our client was found Not Guilty on all counts.
April 2022: Not Guilty Verdict. Client was charged with Attempted Murder of a cabbie. Cabbie shot four times in torso. After jury trial the jury found client Not Guilty of all charges and after spending 4 years in prison, client walked out of the Courtroom.
December 2019: Not Guilty Verdict. Client was charged with Criminal Possession Weapon (loaded handgun in the hallway closet) and possession of an assault rifle (AK47) inside another bedroom in the defendant’s home. Defendant’s DNA was found on the handgun. After a two month trial, the jury found our client NOT GUILTY of possession of the handgun and the assault rifle. The jury believed, after a vigorous cross examination of the People’s DNA expert and lead Detective, that the defendant’s DNA was transferred from the detective’s hand to the handgun and that the defendant never “possessed” the handgun.
July 2019: Not Guilty Verdict. Client was charged with Robbing an 81 year old man at gunpoint and stealing a bracelet. Defense of mistaken identity. Jury acquitted our client in an hour and client walked out of the courtroom after being locked-up for one year.
July 2018: Not Guilty. Client charged with shooting Murder of his father. Our client was a Iraqi War Veteran with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. Our firm raised the complex defense of Justification due to client’s PTSD. After a one month trial with expert testimony, the Jury found our client Not Guilty of Murder 2.
April 2018: Not Guilty. Client was charged with Felony Assault of a Court Officer during a court proceeding. Jury found our client Not Guilty.
March 2018: Not Guilty.Client was charged with over 100 counts of Animal Cruelty. We argued that the DA overcharged the case. Our Client was found Not Guilty of all Felony Counts of animal cruelty.
January 2018: Not Guilty. Client charged with Murder 2 and accusedof stabbing his best friend to death after a party. After one month trial, a jury found our client found Not Guilty of Murder and he walked out of the court room after being on Rikers for 3 years.
November 2017:Not Guilty.Client was charged with Robbery First Degree with a gun at Home Depot. Jury found our client not guilty after finding that our client did not know his friend had a gun and was going to rob the store at gun-point. After acquittal walked out of court room.
April 2017: Not Guilty. Client charged with felony Assault 2 of two Police Officers who were injured during the arrest of client. We proved to jury that it was the police officers who pulled the client off of his steps at his own home and caused their own injuries.
March 2017: Indictment Dismissed.Client, a decorated FDNY EMT Lieutenant was indicted for Grand Larceny and Insurance Fraud. Case Dismissed. Only case dismissed out of a dozen indictments against FDNY EMT rounded up in NY Attorney General sting. Case was featured in the NY Post.
January 2017: Indictment Dismissed. Client charged with Attempted Murder in gang drive-by shooting. Client wrongfully accused. Case dismissed by Grand Jury. Law suit pending against NYC.
November 2016: Not Guilty. Client charged with Grand Larceny and Criminal Possession of Stolen Property. Client was a successful Instagram designer sneaker dealer and accused of JFK airport heist of Nike Kevin Durant sneakers. After two week trial, cross-examining Nike Executive, jury found client Not Guilty of all charges.
June 2016: Not Guilty. Client was charged with Burglary on his former wife's home and the Assault and Strangulation of his former wife and assault of 6 year old daughter. Defense was that the wife exaggerated the story and client was rightfully in his own home when incident happened. Jury found client Not guilty of all Felony charges.
May 2016: Not Guilty. Client charged with Robbery First Degree, Gun possession involving an alleged drug deal gone bad.
January 2015: Not Guilty. Client accused of Welfare Fraud, Grand Larceny, Embezzlement while working at Nassau County Social Services. After full trial, Nassau County jury found our client Not Guilty of all charges.
June 2015: Not Guilty. Client was accused of Attempted Murder with a machete at a Dunkin Donuts in Gang related melee. Jury found client Not Guilty of Attempted Murder.
January 2015: Attempted Murder. Client was charged with being involved with the shooting outside a nightclub. Jury found the client Not Guilty.
November 2015: We negotiated Plea of Criminally Negligent Homicide and 18 months in jail for mother accused of Murder in the Second Degree of her 2 year old son.
January 2014: Not Guilty. Client was a 68 year old Grandfather accused of raping his 12 year old Grand Step-Daughter. After cross-examining the mother of the alleged victim and the alleged victim, the Jury found them not believable and acquitted our client of all charges.
July 2014: Not Guilty. Client was charged withCriminal Possession of a Weapon 2nd Degree. The loaded 9mm handgun was found in a basement apartment after a search warrant raid. Defendant's DNA on the gun and his mail at apartment. Effective cross-examination of the DNA expert by the Government led to a full acquittal.
March 2014: Not Guilty. Client was charged with throwing a bucket of acid on his ex-girlfriend and allegedly causing third degree burns all over her body. The Jury found the complainant totally unbelievable after cross-examination and found our client not guilty. After 18 months in prison, client, who was facing a potential life sentence, walked out of the Courtroom a free man. Lawsuit pending in against NYC.
November 2013: Not Guilty. Assault First Degree. Client was charged with slashing the throat of a person at a house party. Case of mistaken identity. Proved victim was intoxicated more than 3x the legal limit when he made the identification of our client.
Rape Charge Dismissed: Our firm represented a Stony Brook University student falsely accused of Rape by a fellow student. All charges dismissed after full hearing/trial and student permitted to re-enroll.

2022: Five Figure Settlement with City of New York. Our client was arrested for an Assault with a Knife on video in a restaurant. Clear case of mistaken identity. Client spent weeks at Rikers. After almost a year in court, DA dismissed the case. Federal Civil Rights claim brought in Federal Court. The City settled at eve of trial.
2020: High Seven Figure Settlement against building owner who failed to maintain a heavy metal door that slammed on our Client’s Achilles Tendon severing it- requiring surgery. Settled case for 5 times the initial offer from the insurance company for the building owner.
2014: High Seven Figure Settlement against multi-billion dollar corporation Johnson and Johnson. Complex lawsuit filed in Ohio Federal Court on behalf of a client who had a hip replacement surgery and the Johnson and Johnson titanium hip failed due to a design defect. Effectively sued Johnson and Johnson and settled case.
2014: High Seven figure settlement with Aramark Insurance involving boating accident in Arizona in Lake Powell. High speed ferry caused giant wake that caused our clients small speed boat containing three children to be propelled into the air over 10 feet injuring their spines.
2012: High Seven Figure Settlement with Ground Round and Property owner relating to a slip and fall at Ground Round in Nassau County; Broken teeth, concussion, severe injury to hip which resulted in hip-replacement surgery.
